PEDAL SETS Terms And Conditions Please note: ENSURE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM GAP OF 50MM BETWEEN EACH PEDAL AFTER the ‘Sports Pedals’ are fitted. Do not use this product unless adequate clearance remains between the pedal pads after fitting. It must be possible to operate any and each pedal over its full travel without inadvertently operating any other pedal.
IMPORTANT:
1) This product must be fitted correctly and safely to your vehicle. If in doubt do not fit this product to it seek professional guidance.
2) If you do not understand any part of the instructions please contact Car Performance UK.
3) Please make sure you understand all of the fitting instructions before attempting to fit this product.
4) There must be a minimum gap of 50mm between each pedal as stated in ECE Regulation 35. It must be possible to operate any and each pedal from its full travel distance without inadvertently operating any other pedal after the sports pedals have been fitted. When fitting these pedals to your vehicle it is a condition of installation that a 50mm gap is definitely achieved between each pedal.
5) Do not use this product unless a 50mm gap remains between each pedal after fitting sports pedals.
6) You are within your rights to return the product to the retailer who sold you it for a full refund if this product does not fit your vehicle. Please note you will need to produce proof of purchase and make sure that the product is "returned undamaged, complete with all parts and fixings and unused.
